I wrote a software and set it “FOSS”. Nobody is allowed to sell my software and make profit with it, but I want people use it for private purpose or research. What can I do?

You can create a license as “Free or non-commercial purposes and academic use”. For example, MySQL created such a license. Formerly, Winzip's license had such a clause. Also many commercial products are available cheaper or even for free for non-commercial of academic use.
